PTR Properties Inc. developments were as follows: Our 1st project “GRAND 21 PLACE CONDO” It’s a 5 storey residential building constructed on October 2004 and was completed on February 2006. Our 2nd project “The FIFTH at Rafael CONDO”. It’s a 7 storey commercial and residential building constructed on March 2007 and was completed July 2008.

With the success of our previous projects and due to the growing demands of our clients, we would like to propose to you our on going project called One Capitol, located at No. 6 2nd street capitolyo, Pasig. It’s a Ten (10) storey building with One hundred Twelve (112) residential units. We started the Pre-Selling of this project July 2008. We started our excavation October 2008 and will be ready for occupancy by first quarter of 2010.
